Context
Panifour, an SMB specialized in the food industry, wanted to accelerate its digital transformation. The company had an obsolete website, mostly manual processes and a lack of visibility on its commercial performance. The objective was to modernize the online presence and implement management tools.
Challenge
The limited budget and the company's lack of digital maturity required a pragmatic approach. It was necessary to convince management of the value of digitalization while proposing accessible and internally maintainable solutions. Team resistance to change was also a barrier to anticipate.
Approach
I started with an audit of existing systems and business needs. I then proposed a 3-phase roadmap: website redesign (WordPress), implementation of a simplified CRM, and creation of KPI tracking dashboards. I trained internal teams on using the tools and documented all processes.
